FAQ's

When does my Enchanted Circle subscription begin?

Payments for The Enchanted Circle are taken on the 1st of each month.

To allow time for careful curation and preparation, there is a 14-day cut-off period for each box.

  • Subscriptions placed between the 1st and 14th will begin with that month’s box.
  • Subscriptions placed on or after the 15th will begin with the following month’s box.

For example:

  • Join between 1st–14th March → receive the March box
  • Join on or after 15th March → begin with the April box

When is my box dispatched?

Boxes are lovingly packed and dispatched between the 18th and 22nd of each month. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

A Note on the Journey, Availability & Cancellations

The Enchanted Circle is a monthly journey created to support your energy as it shifts and unfolds with the seasons. For the deepest and most meaningful experience, we recommend staying for at least two boxes, allowing the magic to settle and the work to weave naturally.

To honour the care and intention behind each box, subscriptions are limited and prepared in small batches each month.

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Please note that as boxes are curated shortly after our monthly cut-off, any cancellations made on or after the 15th of the month will still include that month’s box, as it will already be prepared and lovingly allocated to you
